1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the service.
2. Rental Requirements
Riders must hold a valid driving license for the category of vehicle rented. A valid original ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID) must be submitted at the time of pickup. The minimum age for renting any vehicle is 18 years.
3. Vehicle Usage and Condition
The vehicle is strictly for use within the designated areas of Andaman Islands. Off-roading, racing, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, normal wear and tear excepted.
4. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a minimum amount of fuel to reach the nearest petrol pump. It is the renter's responsibility to refuel the vehicle as per their requirement. No refunds will be provided for excess fuel left in the vehicle at the time of return.
5. Damages and Penalties
The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period. Repair costs will be borne by the renter. Traffic violations, parking fines, and any other penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
